Police Intensify Search for Killers of Nairobi South B Boda Boda Rider After CCTV Reveals Escape Route

Authorities in Nairobi have stepped up efforts to find the suspects behind the brutal killing of Antony Otieno, a 30-year-old boda boda rider and father of three, who was found dead at Meridian Apartments in South B.

According to police reports, the incident has shocked the local community, raising concerns about safety in the area.

Otieno’s lifeless body was discovered in his apartment, prompting a swift investigation by law enforcement.

Investigators have already collected CCTV footage that appears to show the attackers fleeing the scene shortly after the crime.

The video has provided crucial evidence, capturing the suspects as they left the premises in a vehicle marked with registration number KDL 336E.

Police say they are currently tracing the vehicle and its occupants as part of the ongoing manhunt.

Detectives working on the case have appealed to members of the public who might have seen anything suspicious around the apartment or the surrounding area to come forward.

They stressed that community information could be vital in apprehending the perpetrators quickly.

“We are following all leads and reviewing all available footage,” a senior officer said.

“Our priority is to ensure the suspects are brought to justice and to restore a sense of safety to the residents here.”

Neighbours and friends described Otieno as a hardworking and friendly individual who was well-liked in the community.

Many expressed their shock at the violent nature of the attack and urged authorities to act swiftly.

The police have also called on anyone with information about the vehicle or the suspects to report to the nearest police station.

Authorities confirmed that they are coordinating with traffic and city surveillance teams to track the vehicle’s movements in the hours before and after the murder.
