The Democratic Action Party (DAP-K) candidate for the Malava Constituency parliamentary by-election candidate Seth Ambusini Kuka Panyako has raised concerns over the allegation claims against his main opponent Ndakwa.
Speaking in a rally on Tuesday 25, November 2025, the former nurses union Secretary General has accused President William Ruto's Personal Assistant Farouk Kibet of bringing in 10,000 ballot papers already marked in favour of Ndakwa. He claimed that the ballot papers are in the home of Job Manyasi.
He further accused the Kenya Kwanza government of using underhand tactics in order to grab his victory from him.
Panyako decried voter bribery and intimidation as some of the tactics used by the government to sabotage him.
He questioned why Kenya Kwanza should bribe voters if they claim to have a popular candidate.
Panyako complained of harassment to people who associate with Ndakwa's opponents– revealing that it has gotten so bad that even his wife is involved.
