RIP: Photo Of Beloved Kenyan-Born Pastor Who Died In Canada After Short illness

Pastor Beth Wachira, a beloved Kenyan-born pastor, has sadly passed away in Canada due to lung cancer. 

She moved to Toronto two years ago, hoping to build a better life for herself and her family.

Unfortunately, her journey took a tragic turn when she became seriously ill.

Beth was diagnosed with lung cancer, which quickly spread to her brain.

Despite her strength and the support of her family and friends, she lost her battle with the disease on November 10, 2025. Her passing has left her family and friends heartbroken and in deep mourning.

As a devoted mother, Beth was raising her daughter, Hadassah Wachira, who had moved to Canada just last year to continue her education.

Hadassah stood by her mother during her illness, providing care and support during this difficult time.

In the wake of her passing, Beth’s family is determined to bring her body back to Kenya for burial.

They have shared that the cost of repatriating her remains is estimated at KSh 3.9 million, which is about $30,000.

This financial burden is significant, especially because Beth had only recently relocated and was still working on her immigration status.

Peter Njenga, a close family friend, took to social media to share the news and highlight the challenges the family is facing.

He expressed the need for support from the community, urging friends and well-wishers to help with the costs associated with repatriating Beth’s body.

The response from the Kenyan community has been overwhelming, with many people sharing their condolences online.

Comments include heartfelt messages expressing sorrow and support, such as, “So sad indeed, may God grant peace and strength to all affected,” and “Rest in peace!”
